Eileen was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions about the MDX. During the test drive she answered all my questions about how the car worked and how the" techie" things worked. I shared with her how I planned to find the correct car for our family and she understood that I was not planning on buying a car the first day. She sent an email thanking me for visiting the dealership and would be available for questions or another visit at any time. When my husband and I came back for another test drive I felt like I was talking with a friend, not a salesperson, who was interested in helping us select the best car for our family. I would certainly recommend Eileen and this dealership to someone looking at an Acura. More
Acura of Peoria had several used TL's we were interested in. Upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by Aaron Seabaugh and Darren Maus. Aaron took the time to listen to what we were looking for and assisted with showing us the 2010 TL we had seen on line. While going for a test drive, Aaron diligently pointed out the features of the TL. Upon our return, we decided to look at several of the used 2012 TL's. We found a beautiful silver TL and after driving it decided this would be the car we would like to own. Once inside the dealership, we explained we had done our homework, had a price we were willing to pay, and what we expected for our trade. We were pleasently surprised when the numbers came back and we were very close. Within minutes of speaking with Paul the sales manager, we agreed on the price. We appreciated the no nonsense approach and that they listened to us and did not treat us as if we knew nothing about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We were then introduced to Steven Clark the finance manager. He meticulously explained the warranties and various service packages available. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and polite. Including two test dirves, the entire process took about 4 hours. During the process we also discovered this was Aaron's first sale. It was a pleasure doing business with someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about their industry. Cudos to Aaron and all the staff. We will highly recommend Aaron and the dealership to our family and friends. More

With so many choices available and frankly not enough time to look at every make and model, we limited our selection to just a few. Mercedes, Audi, VW, Infinity, Ford, Lexus, and Acura were our choices. On the first day of our search we came upon Acura of Peoria and had the good fortune to meet Sarah Frey. We told Sara we did not know too much about Acura and we let her explain the different models. Our choice was the RDX, and thanks to Sara, we left with a good understanding of this car. Several days later we visited the other dealers and the more we looked the more we liked the RDX. Several dealer sales representatives were not very knowledgeable of the cars they were selling, which did not sit well with us. The more we looked the more we were convinced that the Acura RDX was the car we wanted to buy. Later that day we returned to Acura of Peoria and Sara was great in handing our purchase from beginning to end. We are very pleased with our Acura RDX and the professionalism of Sara Frey. I was greeted professional, not pushy or forcibly. I appreciated that. I was re-establishing credit and did not want a high auto pymt.
