Drove it off the lot next day struts went out and you blamed me for it. You guys did not make good of the situation. The service department was supposed to have a meeting regarding the issue and get back to me right after that meeting never heard back from you guys. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend your dealership to my worst enemy. I want nothing to do with your dealership. Bad customer service and the service department. Can’t believe I purchased a car from you guys. Worst mistake. I made reviews on yelp, Peoria Acura, Google, and anywhere I was able to make a review stating that your company did not deserve any stars. More

This is the way car buying should be. I just purchased a new ILX from Alex yesterday. It was the best buying experience I've ever had. He made me a great deal on a wonderful car. He gave me the OTD price over the phone and there were no surprises. The deal was exactly as Alex said it would be. Finance was a breeze. I arrived at 2:00 pm and by 3:40 I was driving home. Even got a Diet Coke for the road. For whatever it's worth, I recommend anyone looking for an entry level sedan from a premium brand to give the ILX a look. It punches way above its weight on the price/content scale! More

Would not recommend this dealership for a used vehicle I purchased a car from this dealership and have nothing but issues getting a problem resolved. I was sold a vehicle and the next day it was broke. The I purchased a car from this dealership and have nothing but issues getting a problem resolved. I was sold a vehicle and the next day it was broke. They quoted me $850 to fix the car. The paper work said $1600. They did not make good of this situation. They were supposed to have a meeting regarding my vehicle and get back to me and they never did. I would NOT recommend purchasing a car from them. The service department has been awful. No one is on the same page. They were supposed to send my Toyota out to a Toyota dealership to try to get help with the noise we came across on day 2 of owning this car. Everything got blown up and they have not helped in any way. I give Peoria Acura negative stars. If you want a good vehicle that’s not a lemon take your business elsewhere. More
