What a pleasure not having someone breathing down your neck every minute. My salesman John Lozano was amazing! He was so helpful and such a breath of fresh air. I told him I was comparison shopping at several different dealerships as there were a few different vehicles I was interested in, including the Acura RDX. He answered all my questions without hesitation and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision no matter what or where I decided to buy. After shopping around I ended up buying the Acura RDX and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone I dealt with was really nice and very helpful. I would for sure recommend this dealer...and tell John I sent you! More
Car Shopping Made Easy I received a courtesy call from Martin in the internet sales department. He was just looking to check in and see how my 2016 MDX was doing. Unfortun I received a courtesy call from Martin in the internet sales department. He was just looking to check in and see how my 2016 MDX was doing. Unfortunately, I had to tell him it was totaled in 2017 about 4 days after Thanksgiving. I told him I was in the market, but not until about a month or two from now. He offered to set an appointment so I could check out the new MDX models. I agreed to come on and look, but I was not looking to buy. Martin had a family thing come up so Aaron Seabaugh helped me out. It turns out Aaron sold me my original MDX. Aaron remembered me and made me feel like I was at home. I told Aaron was I was looking to spend and after looking at a few 2019 MDX’s I left the dealership. I texted Aaron later that day and I asked for a quote on the MDX Aspec I saw. Aaron sent me a quote later that day and it was still higher than what I wanted to pay. I told Aaron to get back to me when he could get the price down to what I wanted. He said that maybe a month or so because they were still looking to close out the 2018 models. Martin got back to me when he returns to the office and let me know that Aaron and him had been working with their boss to get the price down. This was Martin’s for sale so there boss was pretty flexible on pricing. I agreed to come down on Saturday, September 8 to purchase the car at the negotiated price. I came in and my new car was already detailed and ready to go. I was in and out the door in an hour and a half with my brand new car. This was the best negotiation and seamless experience that I have ever had buying a car. I never thought that Erin and Acura of Peoria could outdo my first experience in 2016 but they managed to do it again. Martin was awesome to work with even though he was new and I’m sure he has a bright future in the car sales business. I am a customer for life. More

Really bad experience with finance person Ray Garcia Had bought my Acura RDX on 31-Aug and sales person Ben and Grady took care of me by giving a sweet deal. But had a horrible experience Finance person Ray Garcia. Ray was trying to sell MPP plan and I declined it gently. He was so rude and talking very tough at me " you guys buy any plans. He processed my loan application at 4.28 %even I was preapproved at 2.49%. He guided me wrongly to deal with my bank directly. Now my bank is asking me to wait for 6 months to get it corrected. Since I didn't buy Mpp plan, I was penalized and made me to pay few thousand dollars extra now. I bought 3 cars so far and this is a nightmare for me. I will not recommend this Accura of Peoria dealer at all.Even though I brought my dream car, I am not happy. More

Great Experience My wife and I originally came into the dealership looking to purchase a used Acura MDX. We met with Alex and he walked us through the history of the v My wife and I originally came into the dealership looking to purchase a used Acura MDX. We met with Alex and he walked us through the history of the vehicle and the current condition. After going on a test drive, we knew that this was not the vehicle for us because of it’s current condition. We mentioned to Alex that we were open to leasing but didn’t understand how it worked. Alex jumped right in to answer all of our questions and did a great job explaining the benefits of leasing for people like my wife and I. After looking at the 2018 MDX’s, we found the one we really wanted and Alex made it happen. Working with his superviser, Alex made the deal we wanted become a reality. We are so grateful to have a such an amazing experience at the dealership. I would recommend it to anyone I talk to! Thank you! More
