The service department was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. I was worried about a burning smell that I had smelt. The mechanic checked everything but couldn't find anything. After seeing the 2022 Chevy Blazer, I fell in love with it and really wanted to purchase one. When I first showed up to look at one, I unfortunately got their hours mixed up. I also bought another vehicle from a different Chevy Bolingbrook, since I’ve bought the vehicle in 2018, I’ve never had any issues with the service. Samantha Jordan, and Eric piper, are the two I deal with most of the time to set up repair schedules on the vehicles. They are pleasant, and very professional and would only recommend going to those two to schedule maintenance.
