I was repeatedly called emailed and text for an oil change, so I scheduled my appointment with the text link. Upon arriving 20 minutes early to my appointment the service writer stated I didn’t have an change, so I scheduled my appointment with the text link. After 1 hour and 40 minutes I text the service writer asking if my vehicle was done, since I could see it from the window. He came out shortly after with my keys and paperwork. Lost my business unless the deal is to good to pass up. More
