Rocy Striska, was a horrible to work with. He told me, if I didn't like the experience, I could bring the vehicle back, obviously he does this quite a bit, as my co-worker told me he said the exact same thing to her. My experience began with my used car vehicle, with 27,000 miles on it, smelling like smoke. I brought it to "Rocky," who informed me that he was the only person who could smoke in a vehicle on the lot, what arrogance!! I dealt with Charlie Watson as a salesman, he was unprofessional, and untrustworty, find another salesman to work with. Charlie delivered my vehice to me ratically on a flat, and smelling like a wet moldy basement. I called "Rocky to complain about the condition of the car, this is when he told me, "I am not putting any money into the car, if you don't like it, bring it back to me, again his arrogance comes through. I replied to him, that it is not his dealership, and he is not putting a dime into the car, it is under a bumpe to bumper 36,000 Chevy warranty, which covers the flat tire (who delivers a newly purchased vehicle this way to a customer). I then called Chevy Headquarters ans as ALWAYS, being a loyal customer to Chevy, not to a dealeship like Advantage, Chevy made them fix everything, and my car was detailed to perfection, which should have been done as a courtesy from Advantage Chevy. I will NEVER go back to them for anything, and I suggest you do not either. More

Scratches all over the roof. I was looking for a used car for my daughter, I found a used 2014 Equinox online from this dealership. I asked the sales person Alvaro Bello to please I was looking for a used car for my daughter, I found a used 2014 Equinox online from this dealership. I asked the sales person Alvaro Bello to please take some pictures of the vehicle and send them to me, because there wasn't any pictures of the vehicle on the website. He sent me some pictures and I asked him how does the car look are there any major scratches. He said no. I drove an hour to see the vehicle and when I got to see the car the top of the roof over the passenger side was completely scratched up. These were gauges not minor scratches. Alvaro Bello said I am sorry I missed those scratches. When I asked if they would take anything off of the vehicle they said no. If you are working with this dealership be very careful. Make sure if you ask to see pictures of the vehicle you look at everything. More
