The staff was excellent, and the service was overall good. I've bought many vehicles here over the years. I rate all the people I interacted with as excellent. I didn't give five stars because I was solicited a buy back on my used vehicle over the phone at a price that didn't match up when I came through the door. The price was adjusted when my sales rep understood the price and criteria I was told, but I didn't enjoy the adversarial nature of the exchange. More
