I purchased the mini van based on its looks on the internet. I asked the person who called me from my inquiry. I made an appointment to come look at. In order to get a heads up I asked him to send me internet. I asked the person who called me from my inquiry. I made an appointment to come look at. In order to get a heads up I asked him to send me a order with all the prices, including vehicle cost, sales taxes and other charges. He e-mailed me an order with the prices. Upon reviewing his figures there was one for approximately $ 1,000.00 I did not understand. I called him back and he said he did not make up the order but he would find out. I held on for about two minutes when he cam back and said a mistake was made and he lowered the price by $ 700.00. If I had not inquired I would have overpaid by that amount. In addition I was charged an additional $ 98.00 for what they said was for disinfecting the van. The price of the van was average but appeared to be in decent shape. There was one issue that they took care of while I waited to take delivery. The sales person was quite busy running from customer to customer but did a good. I purchase a 2014 Chrysler town and country. More
