I was completely mislead by Riffat. She assured me that the two vehicles I was interested in in were available - one was sold that morning and the other one could not be sold due to mechanicle issues. She also ran my credit report for the two vehicles mentioned misleading me that they were available. This all took place that afternoon. I called Advantage on my way and was not informed about the status of the vehicles. It was a waste of my time and a very dishonest way to do business. We bought our used truck with low mileage from Greg Stoll of Advantage - drove about 3 hours to get there as we found it on AutoTrader.com. Advantage did not fill up the fuel tank either and the fuel light was on, I have never had a dealership sell a vehicle that wasn't fueled up, we had to go across the street to fill the truck up so we could go home. Our engine light came on 1 hour after we bought truck on our way back home on our 3 hour drive - we bought as is, of course, makes you wonder if that is why they didn't want us driving it much. Engine light is still on after a month of purchasing, we took to our local mechanic and he found that the knock sensor is bad - which ended up costing us $650 to repair. He did mention that there is no way that Advantage did not know it was bad. WE will NEVER buy another vehicle from Advantage again. More

I was by Joslyn!! had cash to pay for car but no man even tried to assist....just smirked. Joslyn was perfect...respectful, humorous, delightful, personable and very knowledgable. She answered my questions before I asked them plus more. Was very impressed with her knowledge...even when I called back with more questions she knew the answers. I would recommend to your other salespersons to "NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER" BUT TO JUMP IN AND TRY TO MAKE A SALE....."IF" it wasn't for Joslynn, I would have walked away, spent my money else, and found somewhere to rate your company as unfriendly and snobbish!!!
