I came into Advantage to repair 2 items. One was a Stabilitrak/Trailer Brake Disabled light and the second was a squeal I have had for the past year. They had no issues troubleshooting and One was a Stabilitrak/Trailer Brake Disabled light and the second was a squeal I have had for the past year. They had no issues troubleshooting and repairing the root cause of the warning light. But during the technicians test drive after the alternator broke. I understand that these things happen and had no issues paying for a new belt and even allowed them to change all of them. I did not know they were going to over charge me on labor. I needed up paying $700 dollars more on an issue that I did not have when I dropped my car off. Again I had no issues with paying for a new belt but I would think that the labor would be discounted or removed since it was broken in their custody. BTW the car would not be driveable if the belt was not repaired so my only other option would have been to pay a town truck to move my vehicle to another mechanic. Weird situation to be put in. More

Terrible service, terrible craftsmanship and overall continual bad experiences coming to this dealership. Last time they ran it through the car wash and left the passenger door open, so it caused $2,300 continual bad experiences coming to this dealership. Last time they ran it through the car wash and left the passenger door open, so it caused $2,300 worth of damage. They didn’t even tell me until I picked up the vehicle and noticed the damage first-hand. The tried getting away with it and then accepted responsibility when I directly confronted them. Terrible staff overall, go elsewhere. You’ll get better service and know the reason for your visit is being completed. I was just in for a tire rotation and they didn’t rotate. Crazy. More
