I AM WAITING ON RESPONSE FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF MY DAMAGE RUNNING BOARD. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PROMISED TO CALL ME IN FOR A REPLACEMENT BUT TO DATE I HAVE NO RESPONSE.
