Made an appointment to buy the car I was leasing. Upon my arrival it was like I never made an appointment. It took three hours to complete this process. I don’t know why it took so long but this is unaccepta arrival it was like I never made an appointment. It took three hours to complete this process. I don’t know why it took so long but this is unacceptable. I guess, I wasn’t buying a new car so my appointment was irrelevant. Upon finally meeting with the Finance person I was told I was given the wrong price by a Salesman. Why did I bother calling and getting a bank check prior to my appointment. Upon presenting the bank check to the finance person he questioned wether the check was my money or a loan. I believe a bank check is more than acceptable payment and I am insulted by the question. Goodbye Advantage Toyota. More

I was a first time car buy, and Bamba saw his opportunity in my inexperience. I was quoted $31.1K over the phone, then I drove over an hour to look at the car only to be quoted nearly $4K more. That's before all the hidden fees and predatory interest rates. Every tactic in the slimy salesman toolbox was used. Lie, pressure, hurry up, and then wait, stale, and wear me out until I'm tired and hungry before signing the papers. Maybe a coincidence, but the vending machine was "Out of Order" and when I said I was going to run to Target and be right back, I was told to wait because it could be my turn any minute (it was at least 30 more minutes). Then after waiting hours for the next step, I found my interest rate was 2 points higher than originally quoted hours ago. Only for Jessica to tell me, "You've already waited this long, it's only xx amount more per month." The only positive from this experience was I learned the stereotype of the crooked car salesman is still alive and well. More
