They are usually efficient but on this occasion they dropped the ball. I dropped off my vehicle at 9.10am for what was supposed to be a 3-4-hour service and I was to get a call when the vehicle was read dropped the ball. I dropped off my vehicle at 9.10am for what was supposed to be a 3-4-hour service and I was to get a call when the vehicle was ready. the drop off was a breeze. I did not receive any call at completion but went there anyway at about 2.30. My vehicle was ready and waiting. I did not receive any paperwork for the completed job. My paperwork should have been ready when I got there and I should have received a call on completion. More
