I purchased a new 2024 4Runner with the help of Tanver Ahmed (sales) and Luis Valdez (Finance manager). Tanver was respectful of my time, quoted a fair price, communicated clearly via text and phone calls Ahmed (sales) and Luis Valdez (Finance manager). Tanver was respectful of my time, quoted a fair price, communicated clearly via text and phone calls, and helped to close the deal quickly and efficiently. Luis presented the finance menu informatively without applying pressure or trying to upsell. He responded to all of my questions and presented the information about the financing in the format that I requested. I made two visits to the dealership: the first to do a test drive (fully intending to shop around other dealerships for the exact color and options I wanted) and the second to close out the paperwork. In all I spent maybe 4-5 hours at the dealership across these two visits and came home with the 4Runner at a price I was comfortable with. More
