My customer service representative, Alan Poon was amazing. He was fast, efficient, accurate & great at communicating & setting expectations. Took my Crosstrek in b/c of a check engine light. Tech said it would be $245.00 to hook it up to the computer. 1-hr later mechanic said the problem was a faulty gas cap. No charge. Amazing!!!
