I brought my Subaru in for service on Tuesday. I expected that my windshield wipers would also be inspected. Yesterday when I went to clean my windshield I noticed the right side needs replaceme I expected that my windshield wipers would also be inspected. Yesterday when I went to clean my windshield I noticed the right side needs replacement. Now I will have to make a special trip to have it replaced. Other than that the service was excellent. More

scheduled a visit to get my tire fixed and to do the recall reprogramming of my Solterra. When I arrived I was told that they cant do the reprogramming on Saturday, when, as I told the representative recall reprogramming of my Solterra. When I arrived I was told that they cant do the reprogramming on Saturday, when, as I told the representative on the phone, that was half the reason for the visit. Didn't replace the sealant bottle, if I didn't ask they would have happily let me drive off without a spare or a sealant bottle in the car, so god help me if I got a flat in a spot with no cell coverage. Then they looked and did not have that part in stock. Its like the trying to work with the three stooges! More
