I'll give 4 star to the dealership but 5 star for our sales asdociate Rick Riise. Rick help me and my during the dealing process with ease and care. However, it was already late at night when we took our sales asdociate Rick Riise. Rick help me and my during the dealing process with ease and care. However, it was already late at night when we took our new Forester. The next day, I noticed a slight long scratch on the rear end bumper. I think it may have cause it during detailing. As I said was late in the evening. Also, we didn't get an assistance on explaining the cars features. I had to schedule it a few days later. In addition, when I had may car scheduled for catalyic converter etching, I give 4 star to the technician. I didn't expect to be done on the same day I drop off the car. However, when I picked up the car. I noticed a gum stucked on my right glass window. More
