I got My Truck tolled from my to All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of San Anglo for a faster turn around rate because the Midland and Odessa All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service shop we're backed for 2 week to 3 months to even look a m truck to even se what was wrong. Long story short it took 2 months to have my truck completely ready to pick up. Though I'm a very patient person and very understanding that stuff happens.. I ran out of patients after being told my truck may be ready by a certain day that never made it deadline and I never once got call of an update or status on my truck I always had to call after week be week. I also feel insulted because of the (car sharks) sales man kept try sale me a vehicle and trade mine in because I have major repairs being serviced. More

No after sale service Bought another truck from this dealership. Really like the Ram trucks. Got several 4 wheel shift in process at 75 MPH. A little unnerving and a little frustrating since I bought the truck just 5 months ago. Called the service department and got the standard bring it in and leave it with us for a couple of weeks and we will see what we can do. Well that would be fine if I had another truck that I could use since this is my work truck. Not really willing to leave it somewhere and have to make the payment on it and have to rent another truck to work with. Can't rent a 3500 dually on just any street corner and I'm making a payment on the one that they have setting there. I understand that they really want to sell but I think that they should give those of us that have bought as good as possible. Really feel like once we buy they don't want to see us again. The sales department works hard to sell and the service department just doesn't seem to be on that same level. More
