I called and was told my oil change would take a couple of hours without an appointment. 6 hours later they hadn’t began working on it and they almost made me late. Lack of diagnostic technicians had me waiting over two months to get my truck checked out,. This needs improvement. I’ve brought my truck in over 10 times due to continuous problems with the def sensor. N months to get my truck checked out,. This needs improvement. I’ve brought my truck in over 10 times due to continuous problems with the def sensor. No I am not able to leave my truck for a month or whenever you can get to it. Eddie and crew are great. They can only work within the parameters they are given. They take the brunt of customer flack with true professionalism. General manager and leadership staff need to get get real with these delays and lack of staff. I felt like nobody really understood what the issues were with the eco diesel’s. I’m glad to have my truck back and running well ATT. Get faster on your diagnostics. Wait time will disenchant your loyal customers and kill your reviews (and bottom line) More
