This dealership team blew the other Ford dealers in my area out of the water. Jessica was kind & helpful & the sales manager, TJ, also helped out & talked with me for a while. When waiting for my car, I’m the new owner walked by, he did not say Hi or introduce himself. I have bought at least 20 plus cars there, it would seem you would want to meet your customers.
