Great experience My experience: I drove into the Toyota lot "just to look" around at fuel efficient, dependable, used cars, but that was when I was spotted by Mo. W My experience: I drove into the Toyota lot "just to look" around at fuel efficient, dependable, used cars, but that was when I was spotted by Mo. When he came up to greet me I thought.... Oh great this guy is going to try to get me to purchase a $30,000 brand car even though I'm over by a $10,000 used car (been there done that). However, that was not my experience this time! Simply stated Mo listened to what I was looking for and understood I was "just looking" at the time. He gave me his card and I was on my merry way. 2 weeks later Mo called to touch base and let me know of newer inventory. However, nothing he mentioned got me excited. So he said he'd keep looking and that if I saw a car at a different lot to let him know and he would get it for me. 2 weeks later I was cruising around and spotted a car I got excited about! I called Mo he dropped what he was doing and met with me at the lot, which says alot since it was only an $8500 car... We test drove the car. I loved the car. I bought the car!
