I wanted the same car but with lower miles, a car in better condition than mine and not too much money, Ben Bleed and John Wegner of Anderson, Lexus of Rockford, made sure I got what I wanted. Ben was the sales person that showed me the car, let me drive it, and compared the car with my old car explaining details of a lightly used car versus my heavily used car. Ben is charming, polite, knowledgeable and very experienced. I felt I was talking and dealing with a friend,... not another "car salesman". He was able to answer all my questions honestly and had considerable knowledge about the vehicles he sells. I found a car I love that fits me and within in my budget. Al Smith made what would normally be an apprehensive and scary experience into a fun one. I was able to drive the car off the lot that day. We had issues syncing the garage door opener to our vehicle, but Keith went out of his way to help us resolve this issue. His honest belief and confidence in Toyota in general was also reassuring; making the car buying decision even easier! We would highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car! Dan and Doug were pleasant throughout the negotiations as well. However, I was not impressed when the business office tried pressuring us into getting gap coverage through Toyota. He insisted that our private insurance quote wasn't going to be enough coverage based on how cheap it was. We had already compared the coverage and felt the information from him was a bit bogus! Despite all of that, our experience at Anderson Toyota has always been great! Thanks for everything Scott! More
