I called Roadside assist I leased a new Highlander from Andrew three weeks ago. On a cold, dark rainy evening I was having trouble closing the hatch. I called Roadside assistance but all they could do was offer to dispatch a driver so I called the dealership. When I wasnt able to reach my sales executive,I punched in the direct lines of the sales team at random and, much to my relief, Prentiss picked up his phone. He explained the offices were closed but he was working late assisting another customer. He then helped me reprogram my hatch and I was on my way.
