I went to another subaru dealership before the annapolis subaru and left because the service was so terrible. When I arrived at the annapolis Subaru Helen was so supportive and prepared for my appointment. subaru and left because the service was so terrible. One of the cars we had discussed has been purchased the day before but she was ready with a substitute option that was just as good and let me test drive the cars I was deciding between several times. Also the dealership and its employees were all taking safety precautions during Covid-19 that made me feel more comfortable working with them and making a purchase. I ended up with a great used subaru forester and Helen and the team at Subaru Dealership were incredibly supportive during the whole process of buying my first car from a dealership. Highly recommend! More

All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! I bought a 2011 Subaru Outback 10 years ago and have been very pleased with it and the Annapolis Subaru dealership. I had all my servicing done at the dealership over the years. I just bought a 2021 Outback very pleased with it and the Annapolis Subaru dealership. I had all my servicing done at the dealership over the years. I just bought a 2021 Outback from Annapolis Subaru because I wanted all the safety features that my 2011 model did not have. Andre Gayle was my sales associate and he was great. Very nice personality, not pushy, and easy to work with, knowledgeable about the product. I have recommended Subarus and Annapolis Subaru to friends and family over the years and will continue to do so. I am a fan! More
