So we wanted to "look" We came to Annapolis Subaru last in our new-car search because we've enjoyed a 2014 Subaru Forester for about 6 years already. So we wanted to "look" at other cars--Toyota, Honda, etc. And we were not sure about the Subaru Ascent, it being a new model in 2019. Well! First off, Jason Kuffler is an excellent salesman--doesn't push or rush, but he's extremely knowledgeable, helpful and fun to work with. We were surprised at how much we liked the Ascent! It didn't take long to decide that this was the one we wanted. Again, Joe Tyler was knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to work with--he has an equestrian daughter whom we talked about as much as the money; he made the financial explanations just that easy, and I'd rather discuss horses any day! We already know how good the service department is here as we've been taking our 2014 Forester here since we moved to the area in 2016. I am certain we will continue to enjoy all these things about Annapolis Subaru with our new, 2020 Ascent! More
