My special requests were honored to the letter, including the torque specifications on my lug nuts; I checked them when I got home with my torque wrench. The staff was very pleasant and they handled my WRX with care, as I always do. The waiting room was well kept and had drinks and eatables. The men's restroom was very clean. I was a little worried about how the visit was going to go, but everything was perfect! Have had some nightmare service from some other area dealerships in my 50 years of buying cars, They've lost me as a customer forever. Their cars were OK, but service was surprisingly sloppy! From sales to service Annapolis Subaru is outstanding! More

Wish I started here first!!! I went to many dealerships before and all were frustrating and very unhelpful. By chance I built the Forester I wanted again, on Subaru's website, and Annapolis Subaru popped up. I gave them a chance and I am extremely glad I did. Sonja Anderson actually listened to me and walked me through the options I selected and made suggestions that fit my needs. It was a massive relief! The buying process was super transparent and easy to follow. (nothing hidden) When it came time to work with Bob, he was very low pressure. He listened to me as well, and made suggestions that best served me not just beneficial for Subaru. To top it off, I received two emails from the manager as I went through the process just to check in. It was a massive relief to find Annapolis Subaru. I highly recommend Sonja and the dealership.
