He was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We obtained financing at a local credit union and returned the following day to take possession of the vehicle. Erik spent over two hours in the vehicle explaining its features and how they operated. Erik was beyond patient in carefully and clearly educating us on the car. No question was too minor and he was a great assistance to us. We appreciated his effort and care. Bob, who handled the administrative aspects of the sale, was efficient, able and had a great temperament. While the Subaru is an excellent car, the staff at Annapolis Subaru made our day. The sales experience is always low-key, no fuss and we got great deals every time. I had my first encounter with the Service Department when I tore the passenger side mirror off my 2012 Forester. I felt like an idiot but the service staff was very polite and conciliatory. The service area is comfortable, the staff is very courteous, and the repair was done perfectly. Truly the best place in Annapolis to buy a car. More
