The dealership had our car for well over a month. We felt there was an electrical issue but they discovered it was a faulty battery. We immediately swapped out with a functional battery and then they had the there was an electrical issue but they discovered it was a faulty battery. We immediately swapped out with a functional battery and then they had the car for several more weeks. My husband continually called for updates but no one would return his call. Then we got a phone call they were going to start charging us storage fees. We picked up the next day and the battery wasn’t even attached. They need to work on better lines of communication.
