It was very nice. I went in for a safety recall and asked the nice lady that waited on me to let me know if the mechanic sees anything else that needs to be done to let me know. I had my car serviced on 10/13/21 working with Lilly who was excellent. She coordinated shuttle service, interacting with me constantly keeping me updated and explaining what the problems were along with th was excellent. She is pleasant, and very patient being that I am a senior requiring, at times, multiple explanations for my understanding. She is soft spoken, very professional and great doing her job.
