Even though I had an appointment they told me to bring my car another day, went there the next day and I had to leave my car for a few days. They said they know what the problem is but the part they need is car another day, went there the next day and I had to leave my car for a few days. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and the multipoint inspection. My service representative, Vincent, was professional, knowledgeable, curteous and friendly. He was kind enough to recommend what was most important to take care of (which I did), and he even applied my coupons.
