Upon receiving my car back from having my entire windshield washer system replaced, oil change, and front breaks replaced I proceeded to pull off the parking lot. Getting halfway down the street I s windshield washer system replaced, oil change, and front breaks replaced I proceeded to pull off the parking lot. Getting halfway down the street I saw that my windows were still dirty and I pulled on my front windshield washer dispenser to clear my window and nothing came out. I tried it again and still no windshield washer fluid was dispensed. I called back to Antwerpen and told the receptionist I was on my way back to the shop coming up the rear of the shop. She tried to deter me and tell me that they were closed. I pulled up and told the service guy out front what happened and he pointed me to the service manager. The tech came out and pulled back on the dispenser 3-4 times and then the windshield washer fluid was dispensed. The service manager got a smirk on his face like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I pulled on the rear to make sure it was coming out and nothing came out. The service manager tells the technician, “show her how to operate it”. This was very insulting, because you mean I’ve had my vehicle 4 months short of 5 years and I don’t know how to make the windshield washer fluid come out. The technician tried several times and nothing was dispensed from the rear. He lifts up my rear door and stated something popped. I asked to speak with the general manager, Mr. Jones and I explained what happened. Upon Mr. Jones coming out, then they decided they had to take my car in the back to work on it. Lilly offers great customer service and friendliness to her customers. She explained the services I needed in which made me aware that I needed to have my front breaks changed, and I did. More
Took WAY too long to sell me a car when I already had financing and they tried to sell me WAY too much stuff I didn't need trying to drive up the price and take my monthly payment where I didn't want it financing and they tried to sell me WAY too much stuff I didn't need trying to drive up the price and take my monthly payment where I didn't want it to go but I suppose that's the car buying business. It needs to change. Linda the sales lady was very nice but I gotta say that Marvelous was pushy and obviously didn't care about anything I had to say, she just wanted to hear herself talk. More

Tony and the staff was awesome. They knew exactly what i needed. Prior to going to this dealership i visited 3 others and they were terrible. They clearly didn’t hear anything I needed.
