from the moment I walked through the front door to the time I walked out with the keys to my new elantra everyone was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Overall it was a great experience. My only complaints were the fact that the overall process took way too long and pricing was not consistent with what was advertised. I arrived at the dealership around 4pm and didn't finish until around 9pm. They show huge dealer discounts online, but when you get to the dealership, you aren't actually eligible for all of the discounts they advertise. At the end, were able to get close enough to the price I wanted, so it worked out. My salesperson, Anastasia, made the whole process much less painful and is probably the main reason I ended up buying a car that day. More

I was surprised that it took me about 2 weeks to get an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change. Note my car was purchased from this dealership and has less than 8500 miles on it due to the pandem appointment to bring my car in for an oil change.
