The wait for an oil change appointment was two weeks. You can have the option of doing a walk in and wait for several hours which makes no sense. I was surprised that it took me about 2 weeks to get an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change. Note my car was purchased from this dealership and has less than 8500 miles on it due to the pandem appointment to bring my car in for an oil change.
