Tom took all the work into his own hands and went above and beyond to make sure with the amount of money we had as a down payment that we walked out of the dealership as proud new owners of the Palisade. After many back and fourths between upper management and banks, Tom came back with great news and we got approved for a loan. We could’ve have more impressed with Tom and his professionalism, and how he went out of his way to help us.
