This was my second oil change after my new Palisade purchase. The first took over 2 hours with appointment. I complained afterwards and was put in touch with manager Brian Dolan who promised me that th purchase. The first took over 2 hours with appointment. He asked me to text him before my next appointment. I did that last week and did not receive a reply. On Monday I had my 2nd oil change appointment. After 1 hour and 50 minutes, I went to the service writer to see if my car was almost done. I then saw my car being driven into the garage for the first time. I left a voicemail with Dolan to complain again and ask for assistance. He had general manager Maurice Mitchell reach out to me in person in the waiting area. Mitchell basically said the same thing... we had a tech out and to text him ahead of time and he would make sure this never happened again. To top things off, the mechanic parked my car in the back lot after he was done. The service writer had to retrieve it for me. 2 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change. If a dealership cannot manage an oil change in less than 2 hours with appointment, how can I be expected to bring more complicated work to them? I am going elsewhere for future service. This experience has me doubting if the Antwerpen dealership in Clarksville, MD will be just as bad. More
