A gentleman who did not address himself, approached my car to tell me he was not expecting to work today. Asked me what I needed. I told him I needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall. He told me I would need to make an appointment for the recall. A second gentleman with the tablet, put me down for everything including the recall. Service was done, but took 3 1/2 hrs. More
