Today I brought my 2018 GMC Sierra SLT with 49k miles in for service, i purchased my truck brand new from Sullivan gmc. I was very frustrated that one of my injectors had failed causing a cylinder to Misfir for service, i purchased my truck brand new from Sullivan gmc. I was very frustrated that one of my injectors had failed causing a cylinder to Misfire, apparently it is a very know problem with all of these V8 motors dating back to 2015. I truly hope Gm can resolve this, well know problem. With that being said Buddy Hopkins in the service department went above and beyond to resolve my truck’s problem and have me back on the road so I can work and hopefully purchase another Sierra in the future just as long as gm resolves this motor problem, and gets back to building the most reliable longest lasting truck on the road like they did once upon a time. More
