PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! I approached buying my used car with the usual trepidation that most people feel when dealing with salesmen, but I have to say my experience was more I approached buying my used car with the usual trepidation that most people feel when dealing with salesmen, but I have to say my experience was more than pleasant and exceeded my expectations. This was due, of course, to Master Sales Consultant Eliot Pergricht, who was very accommodative and informed. I shared with Mr. Pergricht that time was of the essence, as I was working six days a week, and he went above and beyond the call to expedite the process. He even shifted the contents of my old car to the new while I was in with the Finance Manager. I was in and out within a few hours. Mr. Pergricht then followed up with me to confirm the car was running fine on several occasions. All in all, one of my better car buying experiences. More

We noticed poor braking on the test drive and decided to take the vehicle home for the night to make sure it fit in our driveway. About 20 min after leaving the dealership the DEF quality light came on. After talking with the salesman they said they would fix any issues found with the vehicle. I also told them to check the brakes because they were really soft and didn't engage well. I was trading a 1 ton truck for a newer one ton truck which I had done newer brakes a little over a year ago and it stopped great. The dealers truck had a lot of pedal travel and didn't grab well. It was really unsafe. I was told that the brakes were fine by the dealer service department. That said something to the effect of it's a big heavy truck it takes time to stop. But when you feel like pedal travel is almost out before the brakes stop you and they don't do it quickly it makes you realize you can't tow safely. I picked up the truck on the weekend after signing the papers middle of the week. 10 min from the dealer the DEF quality light came back on. So we returned to the dealer and were given a loaner. It took another week and a half to troubleshoot and fix two NOX sensors which should have been one the first tests for that error. I wasn't able to get around to looking at the brakes for a couple more weeks and when I did I discovered the rear rotors were clean on the outside and had crud/buildup on the interior side of the rotor. After disassembling all for corners it was noticed three of the four had much more interior pad wear than the rear. The front calipers were missing all the back covers for the slide pins. The rear were missing a couple and the others had holes. The slide pins were stuck on all but one caliper. After I contacted the salesman about the brakes he apologized but offered nothing in return. Luckily I can save myself labor by doing this work myself, but I'm still out hundreds of dollars in parts. It's just sad that the service dept seems be sub-par. There is also something leaking on the underside of the truck as the whole bottom of the cab and bed is coated in something oily. It's either diesel or power steering fluid. This should have been noticed by the tech working on the DEF issue and while it was being generally inspected. Finance did price match GAP insurance I found after the fact. Overall the sales side of the house was good. More

No disclosure of major flaw when purchasing the truck! Very average experience at this dealer. My friends and family recommended this dealership to me. I got really excited with the thought that it was not going to be a typical car buying experience. I heard many great things about them. I was thinking that they were going to wow me and take great care of me. Well, as it turned out it was just very average at best. It started with negotiations on the vehicle. I was very shocked they were not able to work with me on the price of the truck. Paying almost full price is not a good experience in my book. Gabe, my salesman was nice and knowledgable. Mike O. the business manager was very rude and arrogant at his job. He overcharged me on my down payment, luckily I caught the error myself. The hold money was also included with the overall down payment but still managed to charge me the full down payment, not including the hold money. They do push the typical dealer extras to get you to try and buy them, not sure why they do that. I was thinking they had more class at this dealership. I had really high expectations going in from what everybody had told me, just was very disappointed with the final result. I wish it could have been a better process, a very average and typical experience. After my last service visit, I learned my truck has a major flaw with the transmission. I spoke with my own personal mechanic regarding the issue and he knew about the problems that these trucks have. The service manager was honest after I picked up my vehicle and admitted the truck had these flaws. I definitely wasn't pleased with the answer but appreciated his honestly and being transparent about the issues. With that being said, there is no solution to my problem and I'm stuck with a vehicle that looks great but doesn't ride very well with a major issue. I was told to contact GM and voice my concerns. I wish the dealership would take some responsibility for selling me a truck that has a major flaw that are well known amongst dealers and mechanics. Many friends and family say they are a reputable dealership, but after this experience, it's a very typical dealer. They do not stand behind their product. The salesperson that sold me the truck is the brother of the general manager. I'm sure the generic response from management will follow this review. What a joke. More
