Mike Ayoub in sales found exactly the car I wanted, saw to it every discount or rebate was applied and then looked after the cars prep. Mike O'Connell skillfully guided the entire finance process, getting a low rate and made the process painless. I bought the car I wanted at the price I wanted and excellent terms. Sullivan has serviced all my cars and Mike Baker, the service manager, runs a topnotch service department. Starting with the service writers, Vic and Toby, have always taken good care of me and any service performed was done right. I have enjoyed my Buicks and enjoyed Sullivan's even more. More

Breath of fresh air!!! I recently was in the market for a used car for our daughter's first vehicle. After looking at several other lots in the area and being TOLD that in I recently was in the market for a used car for our daughter's first vehicle. After looking at several other lots in the area and being TOLD that in order to purchase a used vehicle I WOULD HAVE TO PAY an additional and unadvertised fee of almost $3000 in order to certify the car and $1500 for a years worth of oil changes / tire rotations (by the way, I would have this done almost weekly for a year and not spend that much) it was very nice to find an HONEST and UPFRONT dealership who actually treats you like a valued customer!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SULLIVAN for and/all vehicle purchases you may need!! More
