I brought my 2018 Q7 in for an oil change. I asked for a loaner as the dept told me the oil change would take 1-1.5 hours and I had errands to run. I was also told there were no loaners even though I saw 4- loaner as the dept told me the oil change would take 1-1.5 hours and I had errands to run. I was also told there were no loaners even though I saw 4-5 loaners parked in the service entry bay during the entire 1.5 hours I sat in the service waiting room with my grandson. I feel like there was a big customer service opportunity missed with this visit I made to the service dept. Thanks for listening. Steve More
