I did not buy my S5 from Beaverton, but it is closer to my home. Initially i struggled getting someone on the phone to schedule a service, but when i did, they handled it very well. I always liked the fact that I can drive into the Audi service department and get instant service. That Audi had a replacement tire that matched the set on my 2017 A4 was fortunate. The people in the serv service department and get instant service. That Audi had a replacement tire that matched the set on my 2017 A4 was fortunate. The people in the service department are polite and efficient. Even though it was late in the day when I arrived the team at Audi of Beaverton replaced the tire then rotated and balanced the wheels and delivered my vehicle to my home that evening. Good job. More
