He was extremely patient and took the time to review all the options available. I was kept constantly updated throughout the extended manufacturing and delivery process (due to COVID). The dealership even offered several add-ons as a "thank you" for our patience waiting for the car to go into production. We look forward to returning to work with Ali on our future Audi purchases.
