This was my first experience with Audi. My last 3 vehicles have been with Lexus, all sedans. I was ready to change to a smaller SUV & test drove Lexus models. They were ok. The body style & ride w vehicles have been with Lexus, all sedans. I was ready to change to a smaller SUV & test drove Lexus models. They were ok. The body style & ride were not the classic, smooth ride of the sedan. My husband suggested we look at Audi models that he had researched with Mercedes online. We looked at the models in the showroom & decided to test drive the Q5. I was quite impressed, loved the classic style, comfortable & solid ride. The next day we made an appt with Mercedes, discussed all the features and quickly moved on to price & negotiations. We were very pleased with Mercedes knowledge, professionalism & pleasant personality. It took us very little time to negotiate & seal the deal! Mercedes was also very helpful with our Q5 orientation. It was a lot to learn & quite a change from my previous vehicles, but again she did s great job & was patient & kind! It will take a while to master all the amazing features of the Q5, but I absolutely LOVE it & couldn't have made a better choice! Thank you Mercedes!! More
