We have owned Audis since 2004, and currently own 2 A6s . Took our 2005 A6 to Naples Audi for 40K checkup. During the next 3 days. Our “service consultant”John Thompson, stated that car was complete.We subse Took our 2005 A6 to Naples Audi for 40K checkup. During the next 3 days. Our “service consultant”John Thompson, stated that car was complete.We subsequently made a 4 hr round trip only to find out that our car was not finished. Bottom line: 3 (4 hr) to the tune of $6100+. Information from “service consultant” was minimal, incorrect and required multiple inquiries. Poorest Audi dealer we have ever dealt with. Will not use this dealership AGAIN. More
