From start to finish, purchasing my Audi Q4 e-tron from Audi Naples was, without question, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Because I live about 90 minutes away, most of the purchase process had to be handled over the phone. The entire team was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth, convenient, and completely stress-free. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. My salesperson, Gerosky Sainvil, was exceptional. He went above and beyond by taking detailed videos of the vehicle inside and out, answering every question I had, and making sure I had all the information I needed before making the drive to the dealership. His professionalism, honesty, and outstanding communication gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. When I arrived at Audi Naples, the outstanding customer service continued. My Audi Q4 e-tron was fully detailed, spotless, and waiting for me with a beautiful bow on it, which made the experience feel even more special. Everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Whether they were offering snacks and drinks, greeting me with a smile, or simply making sure I was comfortable, every member of the staff made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. It's rare to find a dealership that delivers such an exceptional experience from beginning to end, but Audi Naples exceeded every expectation I had. I hope I won't need another vehicle anytime soon, but when that time comes, Audi Naples will absolutely be my first stop. I honestly can't imagine receiving better customer service anywhere else.
