On Friday, March 15 at 3:05pm a warning light on our Audi said that the right front tire was under-inflated. I drove immediately to your dealership, Audi Naples, and was greeted with a handshake , direct eye contact, and a smile from Henry Garcia who asked, "how can I help you." I explained the situation. Once he saw that there was a screw in the tire, and that it could be repaired, he said he could have it fixed in an hour if I could stay. I immediately drove my wife back home, and returned by 3.30pm. Henry checked me in. Courteous, professional, friendly. By 4.30, as promised, he told me the car was ready. Not only was the tire was repaired, he had made sure it was washed and cleaned. And he told me there was no charge, a service that he as a member of your dealership was happy to offer. How could this happen? He let me know that it was a courtesy that your organization wanted to extend. What may be a common experience for you, this was an exceptional experience for me. Henry Garcia took ownership of a situation that my wife and I could have dreaded given that we are headed back to Wisconsin on Thursday. Henry did this. Henry owned this. Henry made this happen. I know he had the support of his manager and service team. You want teamwork? You have it. What a perfect example - that customer service is demonstrated by what you do, not what you say. I am not a local. We purchased our Audi in Madison,Wisconsin, not at Audi Naples. I came in at 3pm on a Friday. And I got service that some dealerships would reserve only for their Gold Customers on Monday morning. Thank you, Henry.
