Chasing resolution for 6 weeks! I signed an agreement for tire protection upon entering my lease in October '23. Sales people did not keep appointments. Made appointment 3 days advance, when I showed up, I was told that a customer had stopped by and was introduced to a new sales person. For finalizing the deal, I had made an appointment with the 2nd sales person for a specific date and time. I was kept waiting for 20 minutes because the sales person was busy with another customer. What good are appointment if you don't keep them.??? More

Good service and friendly staff. We had to wait over an hour to see the finance manager but I think it was pretty busy, so we didn’t mind. Had a deal in progress and car was sold to someone else. We did get an approval, but were not given the opportunity to purchase because someone else inquired while we were waiting for our approval. This should be discussed with clients so they know they may not get the car they applied for even if approved by lenders. More

Catherine was awesome - our situation was bizarre and I needed info ASAP on a preowned MB they had just gotten in.
