In fact we were looking at several vehicles and trying to make a combined decision and Jessica took the time to set up all the cars we were interested in so that we could easily test drive all three in succession. Something I was not anticipating, which allowed the entire family to test drive in a short period of time and allowing me the opportunity to come back later and get a better perspective on my own. Our sales rep, Chris Kutrumbis was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We came in early on a Friday morning after determining which vehicle we wanted. Chris had the vehicle ready for delivery, connected us with finance and we were on our way in our new 2018 Q5 in less than two hours. Horrible Dealership This was the WORST car buying experience I've ever had in my life. Four weeks ago, I bought a used car from this dealership, and as soon as I took it This was the WORST car buying experience I've ever had in my life. Four weeks ago, I bought a used car from this dealership, and as soon as I took it off the lot. The car started giving me problems, and this dealership did nothing about it. It's filled with dishonest people. These are the people who give a horrible reputation to used car salesman. Here is what happened: After I bought the car, I realized that the windshield was cracked and the engine started to have serious problems. The car would hesitate at acceleration, and idle REALLY REALLY rough. The car would shake hysterically, and the rpm would fluctuate when I stopped at a red light. So I contacted the salesperson (her name is Jessica), and they told me to bring the car in so that they can take a look. I drove an hour and half, and dropped the car. Next day, they told me they had fixed it. I picked up the car, and was on my way to work. One hour later, as I was pulling out of a parking space, the check engine light started flashing, and the car DIED. Right after they told me that they had fixed the problems! Again, I took the car back! After two days, they returned the car back to me, and told me that they couldn't replicate the problems that I had even though the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON. They told me that they couldn't identify any problems with it. When I wanted to return the car to them, Jessica (the salesperson) told me that her manager would call me tomorrow. That was a week ago! I did not receive a call, of course. This is the service you get from this dealership. They duck your calls once you have a problem with your car. It is unacceptable and extremely frustrating! Now, I am stuck with a broken car that loses power when I stop at a red light. I will have to fix the car on my own, and probably have to sue them to get reimbursed. It's a huge headache. Bottom line is that you should STAY AWAY from these people at all costs. If you want good service, go somewhere else. In addition, I am not alone. You can check other reviews by sorting them by lowest rating. You will see a lot of other people who had numerous problems with this dealership. More
