This is the 6th Audi I've purchased from Audi Silver Spring and I would never go anywhere else. So much work was done behind the scenes to acquire the car I wanted that the actual purchase and financ Spring and I would never go anywhere else. So much work was done behind the scenes to acquire the car I wanted that the actual purchase and finance processes happened in less than 2 hours. I was prepared to be there for double that. Vince is always a pleasure to work with and Tom Schweiss (sales manager) has been taking care of me as a customer for over 15 years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. More

I had a very good experience- Rich was incredibly knowledgable about the Audi brand and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He is also very easy to work with- approachable, friendly, and not pushy. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. All of my expectations were far exceeded. I'd highly recommend this Audi branch and salesman. I had to drive a bit to get to this branch- and I would do it again in the future. More
