Audi Silver Spring is definitely the best experience. Atanas is professional, patient and very responsive to my questions and concerns. He drove one and a half hours to deliver the new car to me in person ( and was stuck in traffic for a couple of hours on the way back), which make me feel that they really put customers’ needs at first priority. Finance manager Serge is also patient and professional when coming to finance and warranty options. Overall, I would give five stars to Audi Silver Spring and the staff I worked with! More
