Dan worked with me through the entire process, and especially during times like these where syncing schedules isn't easy he worked with me to get the best deal possible when I was in and out of the dealership. Dan and the team were knowledge and also listened to what specific needs I wanted in a vehicle. Everyone was honest and didn't push any expensive products I wouldn't be interested in, I can't say that happens at a lot of dealerships but this was refreshing. On June 19th, I purchased the Audi Q5 and I’m very pleased thus far with the car. On June 26, I experienced trouble with the vehicle not allowing me to put the car in the Drive mode and displayed a w pleased thus far with the car. On June 26, I experienced trouble with the vehicle not allowing me to put the car in the Drive mode and displayed a warming signal to park vehicle. I had car towed to dealer that evening. The next morning at 8:00 am Dimitra A. , service department, called to let me know the car had been driven and assessed-found no warning. Dimitra reviewed with me what she thought was the issue and explained the car was in the PARK emergency mode. Julie, service department, assisted me by FaceTime to try to resolve the problem.
